The official delegation of the Odesa City Council was delighted to make a courtesy visit that was welcomed by the office of the Governor of Kwale County, Her Excellency Fatuma Achani. The purpose of the visit was to initiate negotiations with partners in the fields of culture, medicine, education and economy among others. Odesa City in Ukraine having already signed a sister-city agreement with Mombasa County in Kenya, were also glad for the possibility to discuss having further cooperation with Kwale County and its prestigious team.
