The official delegation of the Odesa City Council were delighted to make a courtesy visit that was welcomed by the office of the Deputy Governor of Mombasa County, Honourable Francis Thoya. The purpose of the visit was to continue negotiations with partners in the fields of culture, medicine and economy among others. Odesa City in Ukraine having already signed a sister-city agreement with Mombasa County in Kenya, were also glad for the possibility to discuss having further cooperation with the County and its prestigious team.
