On Wednesday, January 24, Mr. Vugelman held a meeting with the Governor of The Taita Taveta County Government, H.E. Andrew Mwadime, during which potential cooperation in the fields of education, culture and tourism was discussed.
The Deputy Mayor thanked the Governor for the warm reception of the children’s group from Odesa in his County and for the assistance in organizing children’s recreation.
As a sign of gratitude, the Governor received an ancor-heart – the touristic symbol of Odesa.
Mr. Vugelman invited H.E. Mwadime to visit Odesa after the Victory.
